Work with suppliers to resolve customer complaints, approve PPAPs, complete audits and work for supplier improvement. In this position I have improved the results from my assigned suppliers as group. I regularly deal with suppliers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Japan. I have also dealt with European suppliers.In addition to these normal job duties I have performed statistical analysis regularly to improve supplier performance and reduce complaints. I have also participated in joint meetings with my employer and our suppliers.I am at ease working with suppliers and maintain a working relationship for mutual benefit to find true root causes and resolve them instead of only completing reports to fill files. I feel my suppliers appreciate this team approach to improvement and have worked well with me.
