As a project engineer helping customers in project operations and/or project management application design, realization and implementation, I got a good expertise on project management best practices (PMI reference) and on PPM solutions that can guarantee the achievement of their objectives.My different positions (Leader PMO, PPM Consultant, Project leader) led me to discover the difficulties of project management, its pitfalls and the means to overcome them thru rigorous analysis, methodology, adequate tools, relevant training, precise communication, proper change management and, above all, implementation of recognized best practices.I have a strong belief and commitment to key core values such as ethics, integrity, responsibility and engagement.With 6 years of project management, I now wish to take on new challenges within an industrial company. I wish to support a large company to engage effectively in the process of transformation by projects to ensure sustainable performance by providing project actors with proven methodologies, project templates, efficient tools, operational trainings, relevant project priority management, supportive assistance, and so on.
