Ensuring that pricing and project requirements of the manufacturing facility and that of the customers are met in an efficient and professional manner. Assisting Customer Service, Sales Director, Product Development Manager and Sales Executives in satisfying customer requirements. Estimating in house job costs. Establishing and maintaining the pricing database across the customer base. Developing work on samples, product development, layouts and designs for customer ranges in conjunction with the Sales and Origination departments.

Establish production schedules and communicating timing parameters to vendors, ensuring the timely manufacturing and delivery of materials to clients. Responsible for overall fiscal management of projects totaling to approximately $100K, conducting purchasing activities such as selecting/ordering paper stock, creating purchase orders, and reconciling costs/invoices upon job completion. Liaise between vendors, operations, and storage warehouses to troubleshoot vendor inquiries, file prep issues, specification issues, print issues, schedule/capacity issues, pricing issues and receiving discrepancies.

1) Estimator - Engineered the best production plan (Estimate) for any given project. Calculated the labor, materials and outsourced services required to execute that plan. Created accurate, industry accepted self-explanatory estimates to meet customer needs while optimizing company profit margins. Calculated prep, number and units of color, and binding operations for the finished product. Utilized advanced Excel spreadsheets and PSI print estimating software.2) Account Manager - Responsible for coordinating the printing for a large financial institution.3) Buyer - Procure paper and maintain customer stock inventory.
