Class Projects:- The verification of flood plain maps; by determining the likely path of rain water based upon topography. This required converting digital elevation maps into slope maps. The water’s most likely path was then determined by doing a cost distance and cost back link analysis. - The redesign of a local arterial road using both flexible and ridge pavement. This was done in accordance with the procedure outlined by the AASHTO 93 technical manual.Senior Project:- Designed a plan for energy modernization of a waste water treatment plant through Co-Digestion. - The design process included the development of an alternatives report, a proposal presentation, and the formulation of a final design.- The final design calculations included the determination of sludge production, SRT, and Methane produced.
