Started own custom home building company in Palm Desert CA. Built twenty five single-family luxury custom homes within The Vintage Club and the Palm Springs Coachella Valley area.

Managed site work within the development project: underground sewer & water systems, utility installations, miles of road construction curbs & gutters and paving; golf course construction, Clubhouse and Tennis facility construction, 84 condominiums and 8 custom homes. Planned unit construction and homeowner association related work.
