It Operations And Infrastructure Manager
CurrentManage Infrastructure teams responsible for design, implementation and support of network, systems and telecommunications infrastructure for multiple 300 seat call centers and remote offices. Provide technical direction and work prioritization for the team. Responsible for establishing and maintaining service level agreements for the Help Desk, Systems and applications.Responsible for outage and change management and communication.Manage all IT related projects for multiple call centers. Larger projects include call center relocation, PBX installations, implementation of Avaya CTI solution, addition of remote offices, and multiple call center expansions.Work closely with business owners to understand business needs in relation to technology. Informing upper management of new technologies that may improve our business, and daily operations.
