There were several key duties in this role. I collaborated with both the project manager and each of the department leads to develop and implement software deployment schedules. I was required to provide estimates and develop productivity improvements to existing workflows. I was also the liaison between Gemini and the Aveva Canada office. This enabled me to coordinate training and added integration support for the Gemini project team. I arranged breakout sessions with each discipline to outline and address on going technical issues within each Aveva module configuration. I installed and gave direction on the configuration of each Aveva module: AVEVA ADMIN, P&ID, PARAGON, LEXICON, E3D, Engineering TAGS, and Aveva Electrical & Instrumentation. I defined strategies for evolving the workflow processes and setup a lessons learned registry to further address important topics. I collaborated with the Aveva office to provide timely solutions and maintain the deployment schedule.I was released from Gemini after the completion of the Pilot.
