My Role in Operational Excellence involves training, mentoring and supporting our employees in their journey to becoming continuous improvement advocates, utilising the skills of Lean and Six Sigma.I have 30 years experience working within construction, aerospace and automotive manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and now Steel production, the last 28 specifically involved in coaching and implementing the principles of Lean Six Sigma across multiple sites on different sides of the world both strategic and local.This has primarily been in training and leading multi-skilled teams in the disciplines of Lean methodology, both on the shop floor and in the back office.
