Responsible for the management of Astoria Federal's Commerical Loan Portfolio in the State of Florida. Developed and executed strategy in the restructuring of debt, including loan modifications, note sales, foreclosures and sale of commercial REO properties.Reported directly to Senior Managment.

Responsible for the assemblage, development, construction and sale or rental of a multi-million dollar Real Estate portfolio of residential, industrial and commercial properties located in New York and Rhode Island. Directly managed the coordination, supervision and operation of all aspects relating to the development of those properties, with special emphasis placed on delivering a quality product, on time and on budget.
