CSC is a leader in IT outsourcing, in this role I owned the strategic relationships to build UCC sales within existing accounts to cross sell/up-sell all products to existing accounts headquartered in the East region, partnering with Cisco to drive managed services in existing and net new logo companies.My team was responsible for selling the first 3 UCC deals in North America.

Responsible for the Nortel (Avaya)/CSC relationship for commercial outsourcing, working very closely with CSC to position the portfolio of products to win new outsource contracts with the innovation of Nortel solutions. I managed the National Account team for approximately 50 outsourced accounts, including General Dynamics, Ascension Healthcare, Textron, Bombardier, Estee Lauder, Motorola, DuPont and many other fortune 500 accounts. I had responsability for driving all aspects of selling into the account, including Products, Services and Maintenance.
