Steve joined his wife, Paula, in real estate in 2011 to establish the foundation for what has become Beacon Property Solutions. His decision to make this career transition stems from his desire to serve others, particularly those navigating the distressed property storm. Steve is eager to contribute his business background and systematic approach to problem solving to help simplify the real estate experience on behalf of his clients and team members.The company we have founded, Beacon Property Solutions, is a residential real estate company in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona that focuses on creating trusted relationships with our clientele by evaluating their circumstances, educating them on their options, and developing a strategic approach to achieve their specific real estate goals. The name 'Beacon' reflects our intended role as a trusted guide to help consumers navigate the home sales process that can often times be complicated and challenging. We welcome the opportunity to help you with your real estate interests and in turn gain your trust.Prior to real estate, Steve served the local community as director for a large youth sports ministry in the northwest Valley. Formerly he spent 20+ years employed by aerospace and electronics manufacturing companies Honeywell, Microsoft, Motorola, and Suntron in leading teams in supply chain, operations, and information technology. Steve knows the Phoenix area well, having grown up in the Valley and graduating from both Moon Valley High School and Arizona State University.
