Conceived, built, and launched a live interactive cooking competition show streamed on Twitch. Enabled viewers to vote in real time with on-screen buttons to select ingredients, sabotage opposing chefs, and select scoring categories with immediate effect. Wrote specs for multiple software components from scratch, hired architect and engineers from Upwork, and managed delivery through agile methodologies.

Co-led online poker vertical contributing over $1B revenue and over $400M EBIDTA, reporting to CEO. Led poker room team through challenging transition to new, public company ownership after $4.9B sale to Amaya in June 2014. Managed cultural shift as the company expanded beyond skill games to launch a casino brand, guiding my org, VIP customers, and paid brand ambassadors through the transition. Collaborated with PMO, engineering, and other stakeholders to revamp development prioritization process, reducing late work by 80% by improving accuracy of capacity planning and level of effort estimation.

Responsible for gameplay experience and retention oriented promotions for games generating over 85% of company revenue and a loyalty program paying out over $300M annually to VIPs. Led poker room team through prioritization, conceptualization, and launch of new poker gameplay promotions platform that enabled more diverse and engaging promotions, improving customer uptake by over 25%. Our respect for our players and focus on their experience, unique in the industry and guiding all of our decisions, contributed to an increase in global market share from 39% in 2010 to 68% in 2015.
