Led new separately managed account sales initiative into Morgan Stanley's distribution channel.Hired and directed a sales team of SMA specialists.Directed team to raise $1.3 billion from a base of no assets under management within the first year of the effort.

Hired and directed sales team of regional consultants and support staff. Coordinated sales strategy and tactics with all departments in division and with money management firms participating in the program.Grew assets under management from $12 billion in 1996 to $48 billion in 2001, raising $53 billion in gross new assets.

Directed a staff in the development of training programs that were utilized to train over 5,000 financial advisors. The Wharton-Senior Consultant Training Program is still the cornerstone of all consultant-training programs at the firm today.
