- Act as the operation point of contact for dedicated DSSI customer accounts, advocating for accurate and timely completion of all of the customers’ DSSI requests, issues, and projects.- Manage complex projects critical to the success of retaining high profile DSSI customers from start to finish delivering desired results.- Administer independent decision making on matters of significance both internally and externally - Participate in and lead proactive, regularly scheduled calls between DSSI and the customer, taking ownership for the operational needs of the customer.- Communicate with key stakeholders at both DSSI and the customer sites, share information as needed, and provide timely progress reports.- Document and understand customer processes and nuances, using the information learned to independently advise the customer on how to better streamline their purchasing process.- Coordinate and conduct new partner training, modifying content as needed.- Additional projects as assigned by DSSI in support of agreed upon customer needs.
