USA Patriots Athletics is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) that has provided rehabilitation options to our wounded warriors since 2011. Through the sport of Slow Pitch softball, the organization has grown in significant ways by providing athletic programming to veterans with amputees and to youth through our Kids Camp. Our veteran members teach adaptive skills for athletic purposes by engaging our veterans in communities to show off the abilities they now have as post-trauma athletes.

Taught high school students in grades 9th through 12th various programming languages and technologies including Java, C#, Arduino Robotics Software, Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse. Also assisted students with debugging of code, error tracking and run-time compilation issues.

Oversaw the Marketing/Sales, Communications and Technology departments. Transformed an organization of two million members including more than 100 State/Metro associations in the U.S. by creating the organization’s first computerized membership system. This included stand-alone software and later web-driven solutions and other automated day-to-day processes.Developed and implemented an I.T. Strategic and Disaster Recovery Plan. Worked with outside technology vendors in procuring of products and services. Managed registration staff in processing membership registrations such as player, team and umpire registrations totaling more than 400,000 annually.Integrated online credit card processing into the organization's websites including membership, coaching education, background checks and ecommerce.Assisted the Marketing and Communications departments by providing key analytical data, digital marketing including web-driven and email-based communication, and fulfillment of sponsor activations.Developed the organization's first computer-based membership system for registering and certifying members on a nationwide-wide basis. Managed the national headquarters registration department processing more than 300,000 member applications annually including fulfillment of registration materials including ID cards, rulebooks and scorebooks.Developed, implemented and supported PC/Mac Desktop software programs using Microsoft development and database technologies.Created iOS and Android based smartphone and tablet apps.Developed several stand-alone desktop computer programs for managing player tryouts, scheduling and umpire assignments & evaluations.Served as the office network administrator: purchased and installed hardware and software for staff of 30+. Assisted with training, upgrades and end-user support.Provided stadium operations support including hardware and software issues, scoreboard integration and graphics displays.

As an independent contractor, performed technology services including creating software programs, custom computer builds, O/S and Network O/S installations, upgrades and maintenance. Created PC networks including purchasing of servers, PC’s, laptops, and printers; cabling, installation of software and user support.Created and sold custom software for amateur sporting event scheduling, assignments and scoring to customers such as municipal parks & recreation departments and local organizing entities. Provided technical support, upgrades, and other add-on programs for the successful management of sporting events.Used various software programs to manage inventory, sales and expenses, and annuals taxes such as Quickbooks, dBase and Microsoft FoxPro.

Performed office and administrative duties including shipping & receiving forms, order processing, payroll, and automation of U.S. Customs forms for importing and exporting of product.

Military Occupational Skills (MOS) included 16C, Nike-Hercules Fire Control Crew Member as a computer operator; 16H, Operation and Intelligence Assistance. Assigned to the Directorate of Combat Development at Fort Bliss, Texas as Administrative Support Personnel including computer and technology support, audio/visual setup and support.Awarded the Army Commendation Medal, various other awards.
