Directing the implementation the largest Epic lab add-on project for the biggest Beaker client ever (+Blood Bank). Accountable to BH executive leadership for meeting all project milestones and staying on time/budget. Supervise a team of 3 project managers overseeing 50+ analysts and operational staff across all working groups.

Managing all facets of the Beaker transition as part of NGHS's enterprise Epic implementation

Completed GuideWire PC/BC roll-out in 6 states in one simultaneous project. Managed requirements gathering and business sign-off, solution design production and review, Data Quality testing on the 5 dimensions, User Acceptance Testing, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned.Currently working on analytics capability roll-out for 9 more states over the next year. Key responsibility is delivering the ETL to facilitate business-critical SAS views.

As a project manager for Epic's Beaker lab application, I use my training and certifications to help customers customize and optimize as they install the software on time and on budget.
