The system is used by over 4,500 finance brokers, motor traders and other loan originators throughout Australia and the lending panel includes NAB, CBA, HSBC and a number of other non-prime lenders. Specifically, this system simultaneously decisions a single credit application against the lending criteria of all panel lenders.Steve was specifically recruited to manage the relationship between Finance Now and these lenders and to project manage the implementation of additional lenders. The relationship management aspects of the role focused on three tiers: shared strategic direction, lender governance and operational performance. Steve was also responsible for new lender implementations involving lending criteria specification, process mapping, system design and project management.
