As a Professional Engineer CPEng & RPEQ I have spent much of my career operating in a Project Management / Engineering Management environment leading diverse multidiscipline teams as both an Owner and or Client and in Contractor roles. Having worked in London, Vancouver and various regions in Australia, I have held a broad range of roles from Client Advisor / Owners Team Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Construction Manager and Commissioning Manager to Client owners team representation. Working in different delivery strategies from EPCM, PCM, EPC to direct hire and self performance of the works enables me to intuitively understand the risks and rewards of each style of execution.
