This helps maintain optimum stock levels of raw ingredients against projected sales of products.• Production was struggling to meet stock demands and SKU’s were going out of stock. A Review of production volumes and scheduling has lead to us holding an optimum level of stock and has allowed us to increase from making 50 SKU’s to over 800 with minimal staff increase.• Rewrote the website-published product descriptions to meet EFSA standards.• Leading Managers meetings on overall strategy of the business has led to the discovery that our current strategy’s effectiveness was not being monitored. Once I put the metrics in place it showed it did not work so more focus was put on more profitable products. Our monthly GP increased by 8% in the first 2 months
