Steven H. Durham is a founding member of Americas Strategic Holdings, L.L.C., a merchant banking and investment firm focusing primarily on real estate and specializing in the purchase, acquisition and financing of commercial, residential and retail properties. Founded in 2003, Americas Strategic Alliances developed three 100 million gallon ethanol plants with Cargill as one of our partners representing the largest debt syndication in the history of the industry.
