I am highly skilled at relationship building with colleagues and clients across organizations and teams; with exceptional writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication skills. I’m adept at assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. I’m well versed in all phases of recruitment and hiring, including defining job roles, assessing needed skills and qualifications, and evaluating candidates. It all started at Western Michigan University. There, I studied accounting and business management at the Haworth College of Business. WMU provided me with the framework needed in order to be successful in my professional career. Over the last 16+ years I have worn many hats, starting with my time in finance, then moving into resource management, onto project management and spending the last eight years in leadership/management roles. The experience I have gained has been critical in my growth and development as a professional and as a person.
