I work extensively with employers in the creative media, technology, professional services and retail sectors, including listed FTSE 250, multi-nationals, household brands, family and owner-managed businesses, regional SMEs and aspiring start ups which, in common, value their people, culture and brand. I am passionate about contributing meaningfully to a client’s efforts to achieve both short and long term goals, whether those be: creating a high trust / high performance culture; overhauling outdated recruitment and onboarding systems; transforming behaviours at work; identifying and bringing through diverse, top talent; adapting to new ways of working and structural changes to make the boat go faster; promoting innovation; coming up with effective solutions for retaining talent and minimising burn out in a digital workplace; and tracking the direction of travel on key employment legislation and OD trends. I have extensive expertise of supporting employers manage senior exits; project manage complex grievance and disciplinary investigations (e.g. bullying and harassment, discrimination, whistle-blowing and white collar); and navigate restrictive covenant disputes.I regularly review HR framework (e.g. contracts of employment, service agreements, standard letters, staff policies) to ensure these remains fit for purpose; support with routine and complex ER helpline enquiries; project manage collective and individual changes; and defend employers against UD and discrimination claims in Tribunal.Temple Bright promises commercially relevant advice direct from a Partner.
