My purpose is to provide High Performance Coaching and Training Programs for individuals and groups who are committed to realising their potential in Australian Rules Football. This encompasses both players and coaches.I am a vastly experienced educator and coach who focuses on High Performance principles and developing authentic relationships to drive student-athlete and coach action.My extensive 30 years teaching and coaching experience through all football talent pathways and a variety of secondary school sport and education systems, gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the development of talent and pathways into elite environments. With almost a decade in the AFL industry in a variety of coaching roles and organisations, I also have a deep understanding of what is required to accelerate development and thrive, NOT just survive, in schools, Pathway Programs and elite environments as a coach or player.I value a balanced approach to education, training / performance and life ⚖️, whilst understanding that “making and taking” opportunities requires committed action.
