CurrentSenior Manager, Learning & Development, I'm responsible for the facilitation of group style training, Individual 1 on 1 Training sessions & Virtual Training across 18 branches in 5 provinces across Canada. More recently I have been helping to develop new training's as well as continued training delivery through virtual methods including MS Teams, Klaxoon and ZoomMy role includes training of Sales Support Staff, Staffing/Sales Professionals, Account Executives, Client Service Directors, Recruiters, Managers and the Leaders for Robert Half across Canada for all our Practice Groups including Permanent and Contract Placement teams.Training comprises of both Operational Best Practice, Personal Development as well as Technical/Technology training.Contributed to the finalisation training programs - Passport To Success and Division Director Essentials Program.Facilitated Pilot Program ‘Passport To Success’ for North America, in Vancouver.Lead Facilitator for pilot ‘Practice Director Essentials Program’ globally training new Division Directors (23 ppl) across Canada remotely using Skype and in Classroom style training.
