Keeping Shop developed the highly successful Cross-Sell Shopify App, gaining over 700 5 star reviews and regularly featuring in the top 6 of the highly competitive Sales category on the Shopify App Store. With a healthy recurring revenue base and continued high growth, the company was sold to Fomo in October 2017 after significant interest from investors in North America, Europe and Australia. The company's success was largely down to exceptional customer support and an app that Merchants loved using.

Provided site build, theme customisation, app integration, payment gateway integration and app development services as well as general e-commerce consultancy.Continued working on a side project, a Shopify app called Cross-Sell.

Working on the new M&S.com site, my role has been part Production Manager and part Business Analyst. Key achievements in this role to date have been: - Analysis and implementation of a briefing process to facilitate the site build. - The introduction of a ticketing solution to manage the creation and workflow of briefs into production - Recruited and managed a team of onshore Digital Producers - Built the core pages for the site (all but checkout and product detail pages) - Shaped the production function and prepared it for Business Readiness

Conducted early requirements analysis, scoping, wireframing and costing through to the delivery of and training on e-commerce sites.Managing a small team of front-end developers and designers, I was responsible for ensuring a high degree of resilience and usability in the final product.Identifying opportunities and gaps within various e-commerce platforms also required me to develop bespoke solutions to open up commercial opportunities.

I was approached by a previous boss in the HE sector to rewrite and develop a SaaS SMS based learning app called Textwall. The app had already gained good traction in the Eductaion sector. With plans to develop a suite of learning tools to encourage learner participation, we took the decision to formalise our collective and formed Learning Apps Ltd. Primarily focused on the Textwall product, I re-architected the app from the ground up, ensuring both scalability for future features and the ability to offer tiered service plans. Responsible for all design and development on the product, I worked closely with my two business partners, both practitioners in the field of mobile learning, to deliver features and functionality to enhance textwall's capabilities and appeal to HE teachers and lecturers.
