Build and maintain relationships with the field sales teams, other internal head office functions, Key Accounts, Agents, representative bodies, competitors, industry and professional bodies to ensure the effective delivery of objectives. Advise, guide, coach and support Sellers of Risk Management Services, effectively facilitating the delivery of our proposition for new business and retention, to develop our capability and knowledge of the sector.Provide cover for the roles of RMS Sales Consultant as required, achieving continuity of service and meeting the targets allocated to the relevant role.Guide, advise and influence projects and programmes to ensure the views of the RMS field force and agencies are represented and any impacts on sales considered.
