Steve is a finance leader specializing in Finance transformations utilizing SAP technology and has more than 30 years of transformation/SAP implementation experience. Steve specializes in leading business transformation initiatives utilizing SAP technology for global/multinational clients in the Financial Services (Insurance), Consumer Business/Manufacturing, High-Tech/Telecomm, & Wholesale Distribution industries, and has completed/led more than 30 end to end SAP implementations on 6 different continents. He has served clients using his expertise in PMO leadership, SAP project management, implementation/roadmap strategy/planning, IT/business strategy & planning, global design strategy, business process transformation, user transition/learning, and global/regional/national deployment planning.In addition to his experience leading global Finance transformations, Steve has outstanding project management, leadership, and communication skills, supported by an extensive knowledge of SAP implementation methods, tools, and accelerators. He is a hands-on leader focused on risk, quality, budget, and continuous improvement, while fostering productive relationships with colleagues, partners and clients. Over his career, Steve has held a number of leadership roles within internal Finance Transformation and Project Management practices leading efforts to develop, refine and educate on tools and accelerators for ever-improved implementation use, and has served as a Quality reviewer for peer-review audits within Deloitte’s SAP practice.Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University, and became a CPA in Kansas in 1997.
