I led a team of highly talented project managers responsible for launching an award-winning initiative to revamp on-boarding for hourly associates in 5,000 stores affecting 700,000+ associates. This was rollout was the largest in Walmart recent history and possibly the largest worldwide. This involved collaborating with global thought-leading companies and internal teams across the company; solving complex problems; navigating ultra-tight timelines and more - to develop and deploy new learning strategies and technologies throughout all Walmart Stores.From a leadership perspective, it has been an invaluable experience: collaborating and communicating up and down the levels of a large corporation (the largest); innovating under timeline pressure; adapting "on a dime" to restructures and four different teams within a one-year period; navigating international team dynamics; learning to succeed and celebrate; and more importantly, how to fail, persevere, become better and keep moving.I created an innovative idea that was adopted by senior leadership that decreased the training time from 30 days to five days for most associates throughout all Walmart Stores. Then, I worked with multiple teams to refine and test the model that could save an estimated $65,000,000+.I represented Talent Development in the company-wide development process of expanding the self-checkout experience. This was both internally and externally visible and sensitive. Then, I co-led the rapid development and rollout of the training of that initiative in 1,000 retail locations.I led projects and developed operations and leadership material and experiences for all managers and Senior Leaders within Distribution Centers across the Supply Chain network.

I coached clients in multiple industries by evaluating best-practices and advising business owners, executive and non-profit leaders. I helped companies and corporate leaders create and develop teams and leadership development experiences. I facilitated alignment meetings with senior teams for vision, values, strategy, and execution.

I worked with the senior team to lead day-to-day operations and teams for sales and marketing, business development, social and web development, finance, and fulfillment operations. I facilitated strategy, execution and alignment, as well as team development, for an award-winning business journal that was sold to John Maxwell's Injoy.

I conducted vision, strategy, and implementation planning sessions with 13 team leaders. As a member of the senior leadership team, I assisted the senior leader with staff development and execution of plans. I created leadership and cultural development experiences and consulted teams on leadership effectiveness. I executed organizational initiatives as directed by the senior leader.

I planned and executed multiple workstreams for conventions of 700 - 1000 students. I negotiated hotel contracts, influenced conference teams, worked with talent, and coordinated marketing. I facilitated development of student leaders through group meetings and spoke about personal and leadership topics from Christian perspective.
