I'm one of those frustrating people who find poor experiences something to moan about but put that energy into creating better ones for my clients... As a child growing up (believe it or not before the internet), I loved to get hold of things to pull them apart then put back together, figuring out how stuff worked, understanding the detail behind it all and seeing if I could improve things or make something new from the pieces I took apart. My sister's toys, my grandad’s old lamps and random tools I found.I wanted to create something new, create a solution, view something from a new perspective. Thats never really stopped throughout my career. I'm a creative, a thinker, a writer and a planner. I love helping people feel better about what they do, and how they do it, whether an individual or an entire team. I work with brands and companies to help grow their business by creating better experiences for their customers. I am passionate about customer experience and joining up customer journeys to make sure there are no opportunities for gaps or misunderstandings. My early career was in finance followed by a number of years working in a music charity. In 2012 I joined Red Bullet and repositioned the company from a website machine to one of the best User Experience agencies in Kent.I joined global B2B marketing agency Earnest in 2021 and led a digital transformation project for internal processes and transitioned digital experiences from PDFs to interactive web experiences.Launching Shapes in May 2023, we're helping SMEs build better businesses through better digital accounting & clever digital marketing.
