I have been in the mortgage business as a mortgage loan officer for 43 years. Helping my clients achieve the American Dream through home loans has always been very important to me. As a mortgage loan consultant it allows me to counsel new and repeat home buyers to find the right mortgage loan program that meets their needs. Making sure my clients understand what their budget is for a home and then matching their budget payment to the best program for their needs. I am not interested in qualifying someone for the biggest mortgage they can get. I enjoy spending time with my clients and helping them realize the importance of their purchase and how it effects their long term wealth.I have had different positions in the mortgage industry from a regional manager to a branch manager and a owner of a small mortgage brokerage company. Over the years I have seen many ups and downs in our industry and I am thankful for all the experiences.
