Current• Implement strategic plans including 10M revenue generation and cost analysis.• Conduct business development plan by increasing the revenue of self pay clients of adult day healthcare center 500% within one year.• Manage annual budget 7-million program by maintaining existing customers' base and serving 280+ clients.• Establish and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, as well as community organizations by coordinating community grant proposals process and running community programs.• Data-driven decision making through analysis of transportation data to improve drivers' performance by 40% (average score from 9.20 to 9.60).• Direct orientation & OSHA training for staff and volunteers to improve the customer satisfaction by 20% (survey score from 9.50 to 9.70).• Oversee accounting, HR, and marketing action plan (MAP).• Supervise transportation, nursing, activities, food services, social services and housekeeping departments.• Maintain quality assurance system for evaluating program effectiveness.• Develop & update policies & procedures based on business requirements including billing procedures, medical record system and changes in state regulations.
