Challenged to create a strategy for growth in the Latin America and Canadian Enteral Feeding markets. Selected Achievements• Successfully recruited and hired 5 high level sales professionals in a 7 month period bringing the sales organization from 4 to 9.• Created two new Strategic Account Manager positions focused on the National Distribution Channel and National Providers.• Finished 1st Quarter of FY’18 (Oct-Dec of Calendar Year 2017) with company record Enteral Pump and Pump Set Sales.• Negotiated Contract extensions with 2 top Group Purchasing Organizations for additional 3-year period.

Recruited and selected by U.S. President of Medical Supplies to build and lead a division representing $450M in annual revenue and a staff of sales professionals and clinicians of over 100. Worked with VP’s of marketing and General Managers to create the strategic direction for all outside the hospital sales of the $2 billion Medical Supplies Sector. Challenged to grow share in a declining Long Term care market and grow above market in the Home Care space. This resulted in above market growth every year in the position. Led a cross-functional team in the creation of a $170 million stand-alone Home Care division in 2013. • Grew revenue year over year (2011-2014) in the medical supplies long-term care market. Overall market declined over same period.• Created stand-alone Homecare division of 28 people that resulted in 9% year over year above market growth in 2013-2014. • Negotiated exclusive product agreements with key channel partners worth over $40 million in incremental revenue.

Responsible for creation, communication and implementation of sales strategies and achievement of all sales goals for the West Zone of the Alternate Site Nursing Care division, totaling $225 million in annual sales. Directly involved in the strategic direction of the Medical Supplies Alternate Site Division. Direct reports include 5 Regional Sales Managers and 2 Regional Account Managers; zone also includes 30 sales representatives and 5 nurse consultants covering 30 states.

Responsible for hiring, training and developing six direct reports in a three state region; Five account managers and one nurse consultant. Oversee all sales and business development functions, including new product rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development, and contract negotiations for a region totaling over $38 million in sales covering 10 product lines. Provide cross-functional team training, coaching, and mentoring.

Responsible for managing and growing a $6 million territory by selling four product lines to clinical and administrative personnel in the Alternate Site. Customers consist of but not limited to: Extended Care facilities, Home Health, Physician’s office, and third party billers.
