Led a team of 24 people in marketing, communications, branding, graphic design, social media, sponsorships and game day presentation as the Senior Associate AD.• Created and led marketing plans, promotions and ticket sales efforts that resulted in Memphis men’s basketball being ranked first in the nation in average attendance increase in 2018-19 and second nationally in 2019-20. Set an all-time conference record for attendance in 2019 in the sport of football.• Won six design and production awards in the past four years, including a “national championship” in 2019, as the football intro video was recognized as the best in the country across all collegiate sports. • Created new programs and partnerships that resulted in a 59% increase in annual branding revenues as the licensing director in four years.• Boosted engagement, content and consistency that led to a 31.6% increase in Twitter, Instagram and Facebook followers over the past two years. • Created new media category and negotiated over $700,000 in annual media advertising. Placed all retargeting, Google, Facebook, digital, print, TV, billboard and radio inventory. Responsible for scripts, copywriting and design direction.• Created and managed the “StripeUp” marketing campaign.• Designed basketball court that was named a top 10 design in the country, increasing brand awareness and attention.• Revamped the entire presentation of events for all team sports so that a customer-first attitude permeated all promotions, music, videoboard elements, and game presentation.

In addition to overseeing the same areas as at Memphis, I also oversaw the creation and implementation of AggieVision, which delivered 40 live games to over 23 million homes annually.
