During my career, I have inspired others to achieve their goal while having fun at the same time.Some of my most notable achievements include:► Established new companies from scratch, including all business development and stakeholder engagement, customer service strategy, and long-term strategic planning. ► Mentored staff, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and team cohesiveness, and encouraged employees’ continuous professional development. ► Achieved substantial increases in quality and productivity by driving change and process improvements.Since childhood, I have developed a strong passion for Land Rover, which brought me to join the navy, become a hydrographic surveyor, and later acquire and grow a ute and van hire business to fund my passion. I have also published my first book, Unlock Your Land Rover Genius. Other interests I pursue include 4WD/camping ‘tragic’, such as canoeing and exploring many areas of rural and remote areas of Australia, as well as completing DIY projects. I am also a keen storyteller, particularly Australian bush and stories.
