About Steve Mcsherry

I have been working within the Daktela Group of companies now for several years driving our year on year growth within the UK and Ireland. Our vision at Daktela is to help businesses meet the challenges of creating and maintaining an effective customer communication strategy. I have first-hand experience of the challenges experienced by both large and small businesses. Working on some of the largest contact centre projects in the UK and Europe at places such as The Royal Bank of Scotland, Thomas Cook and Blue Cross. I have also helped smaller business applications, such as Supper London and FocalAgent, enhance their customer communications.Our cloud based solutions are designed to provide our users with ONE PLATFORM with INFINITE POSSIBILITIES no matter what the size of the business.
