I have been working within the virtual learning and collaboration workspace for nearly 10 years. My primary role is identifying best in class technologies from across the globe and matching these to the needs of customers across Europe. As a result I have gained a significant understanding of the technologies supporting e-learning, webcasting, video conferencing and the use of video as an effective learning and communications tool. This has enabled to achieve many notable entrerprise wide successes across many notable higher education, schools systems and corporate organisations. Before this I undertook various consulting roles helping organisations develop new markets, products and customers through understanding the external factors which would influence their business whilst identifying the internal organisational changes which would enable them to capitalise on these new opportunities. My first role was to join Coca-Cola as a graduate trainee. Throughout my time at Coca-Cola I undertook many roles including sales, marketing, operations and channel management.I was educated at Sheffield Polytechnic ( Hallam University) where I achieved a degree in food science and marketing. Then in 2000, following a full time course (self sponsored) I attained an Executive MBA qualification from Ashridge Management College.Specialties: Virtual Solutions for learning, training and CommunicationsUnified Learning systems
