Responsible for site conversion and customer experience for all of Wiggle's eleven global domains and white label sites. Manage website design and development (Agile), commercial offer and proposition, multi-variant testing, user generated content, site and product content, photography, usability testing and more. Managed a team of over 20 people.Drove Wiggle from less than 700k visits per month up to 8m maintaining strong conversion and pioneering international growth in key markets include Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Managing a team of 8 at Wiggle I am responsible for driving conversion and retention globally. I work with my team of designers, front end developers and marketers to ensure the site is constantly evolving and setting the benchmark as a market leading cycle and tri-sport e-tailer. To ensure our growth targets are met I manage site content, site development, promotional strategy, email marketing, social media, display advertising, paper advertising, 3rd party relationships, stand alone brand sites and more. I prioritise and oversee site development in liaison with our IT director and lead software developer. With my programming background I am able to work with developers on their level as we use Agile project management to constantly drive the development.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager I set up Wiggle’s initial email marketing strategy including sourcing providers, designing and sending the marketing emails. I introduced Google Analytics and I was the only front end design/developer during the sites 1st major revision in 2007. I also created all 3rd party artwork, planned future site development, collated numerous reports, helped with our affiliate system and print/catalogue advertising. In this role I quickly established myself as an integral part of the company and replaced the marketing manager when he left.

Strong focus on email marketing, building and sending marketing email from the biggest brands worldwide to millions of subscribers such as Universal Pictures, Estee Lauder, EA Games and many more.

Placement year as part of BSc degree. 6 months building the Windows 2000 machine builds, testing software, trouble shooting bugs. Site roll out for 1200 PCs then 6 months tier 2 and 3 desktop support.
