Steve is the COO for the IB Client Office and the Business Services and Change functions. Previous to that he was the Global Head of Workforce Strategy for the Investment Bank. Throughout Steve’s tenure at Credit Suisse, he has a proven track record of embracing solutions with a commercial mindset and strategic foresight. He is a precise and balanced problem solver, with deep institutional knowledge of portfolio management. He understands the business and what it takes to manage through uncertainty in a lean environment, and has built a team that prides themselves on efficiency. Steve is also a published author of two fiction novels, "Life Affected"​ and "Broken. The Autobiography of Ahab Cormier"
