Acquired BackerClub (https://backerclub.co), an online community of passionate crowdfunding superbackers, in December 2018. I serve as our lead web developer (wrote the current version of the website from scratch using Laravel + Nuxt) and business strategist.

A natural progression from my role as a design engineer, I became CINO of TST Industries in mid-2014 with the responsibility of developing new projects for the company, starting with high level strategy (determining what is best of the company to work on) through project management, design, prototyping, testing, and final to-market work. I worked closely with the founder of the business, who has served as the lead design engineer since the founding of the company. As CINO, I spent a lot of time engineering products, but my involvement expanded into the entire project portfolio - marketing, sales, website setup for the items, QC/assembly requirements, warehousing considerations, and post-purchase support.
