As the month went on, we would need to adjust and he was open with me. As his manager, it was much easier to correct or adjust when Steven knew the path, and the effort required to exceed quota. Steven is also teachable. He would listen to my training and implement what I needed to have done. I could tell how well a new process is going to work by speaking with Steven. I knew he will literally be all in on the new method, and often he found a way to tweak it to be more effective and efficient. I love working with Steven, and would highly recommend him to anyone. "
