My work as a Senior Project Manager at JLL has consisted of commercial tenant developments, headquarters, campus improvements, retail and base building upgrades on a local and national scale. My goal as a Project Manager is to make my clients look good, to lead a successful project and come in under budget/on time. I effectively guide projects from inception to post-occupancy and anywhere in-between. Some of my clients/projects have included: -JP Morgan Chase: Responsible for tenant and capital upgrades to JPMC properties including Chase Tower, Chicago and all other Midwest JPMC properties. -Intercom, Chicago: 40,000sqft office. -Fidelity Investments: 30,000sqft of new office space. -Environmental Defense Fund: 14,000sqft of newly leased space and 14,000sqft of renovation. -Ernst & Young: 150,000sqft re-stack of 5 full floors utilizing swing space and program manager for Western Region. -ARUP: 30,000sqft renovation of existing office space. -HopeLab Foundation: 8,000sqft of newly leased office space. -T-Mobile Retail: 200+ nationwide remodel of existing stores to new program standards. I acted as a program manager. -Prudential Real Estate: Campus improvements including exterior landscape, speculative suites, restrooms, and common areas for multiple sites. -Bentall Kennedy: Retail/Cafe buildout, roof membrane, exterior remodel and base building upgrades. -Beacon Capital: 1,000,000sqft campus improvements, including exterior landscape, lobby renovations, amenity center, tenant and speculative suites to their Melo Park Campus. -SC Johnson: Improvements to the Racine SCJ Headquarters, and other midwest sites.-Anthem: 100,000+ SF addition to Anthem's regional offices in Chicago.-IMC: 105,000 SF expansion and renovation of the Americas HQ
