• Responsible for discovering and documenting bugs on popular Nintendo properties, such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion, working with a team of other testers. • Automated testing with these products, saving many man hours of manual labor. • Participated in network testing and server testing for online components in game which ensured smooth connections between players online. • Ensured that network connections were maintained by doing packet loss testing that met given benchmarks. • Gained extensive experience with the life cycle of software projects and putting the time in to ensure a polished product. • Worked with offshore teams, including BANDAI NAMCO and the Mario Club Company in Japan. • Participated in brainstorming sessions for in-game events, the results of which were used for future product development activities.

Redmond

• Started as a teacher’s assistant and later became a teacher in ProjectFUN’s Junior Programming workshop. • Responsible for the development of curriculum and assignments as well student progress assessments, team management, and coordination for efficient education of the students. • Taught students to code using multiple software tools and IDEs including IntelliJ, Visual Studio and Eclipse. • Gave daily reports and held assessment meetings to monitor the progress of students and made changes to day to day lessons based on results. • Guided students to develop a final project at the end of the 2 week course and mentored them as they presented their own game or program. • Responsible for parent participation and interaction, gaining their confidence. • Developed and provided customized enrichment assignments to students who excelled with the standard program.
