Prior to leading the OSSS effort, effectively lead or supported numerous pursuit efforts and major proposals with a very limited support staff. Examples include ICS (Awarded March 1998 Value ~$4M), WingCOM (Awarded June 1998 value ~$20M), U2 CFS (Awarded Aug. 99 value ~$54M), ISC2 (Awarded Feb 2000 Value `~$15M) and TASS (Awarded in March 2000 with a ceiling of ~$100M). Authored the HTSC major pursuit process and ensured that all HTSC BD personnel and support staff were fully trained in the process for major pursuits. Acted as the single point of contact at the FAA Air Traffic Contorl Center (FAATC) in order to eliminate multiple lines of communication and avoid problems resulting from mis-communication of information. Presented and supported Harris VSCS management position on all program activity at the FAATC. Worked with on-site and in-house Harris personnel to establish a structured OT&E support plan and ensured personnel were available to support all FAATC test requirements. The OT&E was considered successful by the FAA and the VSCS system was certified for installation at all Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC)
