Also managed FFP and T&M cost accounts within budget.On-site manager for FAA Technical Center (FAATC) supervising ~25 engineers responsible for successful completion of the VSCS HW/SW upgrade operational test and evaluation. Interfaced on a daily basis with the FAA test Director to ensure timely and accurate communication of information. Established excellent working relationships with the FAA and ensured continuity between the FAA and Harris. Acted as the single point of contact at the FAA Air Traffic Contorl Center (FAATC) in order to eliminate multiple lines of communication and avoid problems resulting from mis-communication of information. Presented and supported Harris VSCS management position on all program activity at the FAATC. Worked with on-site and in-house Harris personnel to establish a structured OT&E support plan and ensured personnel were available to support all FAATC test requirements. The OT&E was considered successful by the FAA and the VSCS system was certified for installation at all Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC)
