I started as a basic help desk technician and worked my way up to senior system administrator and network engineer. I focus heavily on the customer service aspect of my duties always striving to be a translator from tech lingo to simple terms the everyday user can understand. I believe it is OK to not know the answer to the problem but you should know how to find the answers whether that is using internet resources or co-workers. I am very comfortable with working on desktops, laptops and servers (virtual and physical) I am versed in Windows Administration and VMware technologies. I am currently expanding my comfort level with Linux Red Hat systems, I have basic knowledge of Sun and Solaris systems as well. I work well alone or as part of a team and it is my believe that when the team succeeds we all succeed. I am current on my CompTIA A+, Network+ Server+ and Security+ certifications and closing in on my CySA+ certification. I really love the team I work on currently and I am always looking to recommend other good people to join our team.
