Part of the Dŵr Cymru Catchment Team ensuring the quality of water entering treatment works is of a good consistent quallity. Establishing and maintaining local partnership working groupsin South West Wales to enable delivery of Dŵr Cymru Catchment Management Programme WaterSource.

Lead on supporting Arwain Sir Benfro, the Local Action Group for Pembrokeshire which secured over £3,300,000 of LEADER funding to support projects testing new ideas that benefit Pembrokeshire and contribute to a competitive, productive and sustainable economy in Pembrokeshire.

Manager of a successful small team of 5 Officers covering South & West Wales (Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, VoG, Bridgend, Torfaen, RCT, Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly, Cardiff & Newport), providing technical assistance and facilitating entry into Welsh Government Glastir Entry, Glastir Commons and Glastir Advanced.
