Each individual is able to relate and understand their assessment results as well as others they work with daily. The result is a better understanding of how to function and communicate more effectively together as a team and a stronger sense of clarity, purpose, and unity. Team teaching/speaking including marriage/family restoration seminars/retreats, for executives, leadership teams, and/or employees. I was in charge of planning yearly Student Ministry and Student Pastor Events. I was in charge of oversight planning, development, and execution of conferences of all sizes from 25 - 3000 people. We booked in talent, production, & created conference environments that promoted community, relationships, service, and authenticity. I was able to speak, network, and from genuine relationships as we worked shoulder to shoulder with Student Pastors, Students, and Individuals to make the events a success.

This is where we began to value a team of parents & students working together authentically & in community together. The Mission Statement, "We have been called to partner with parents to disciple students who KNOW and LOVE God, their family, their community, and their world" was birthed here. It became a lifelong mission from that moment forward.
