Research thesis project under Dr. Christina Castellani. Helped with the development of the EpigeneticAgePipeline package in R. Working with machine learning algorithms - specifically transfer learning - to predict mitochondrial DNA copy number using metabolomic and epigenomic data.

Conducting field research under Dr. Neff, working with Bluegill sunfish. Collected genetic samples of sunfish and conducted video analysis of mating behaviour. Worked with PCR and performed genetic analyses in wet lab.
