Responsible for all ACED internal and external tasks, ensuring technically sound, accurate and timely completion. Managed adherence to; the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), reports, and changes to the Program of Instruction (POI) within established deadlines. Monitored and developed initiatives in the area of cadet and cadre training, leadership development, administration, logistics and marketing and advised the Battalion Commander and cadets in leadership positions. Increased enrollment from 45 to 70 Cadets at Western New England College in one year. Senior Operations Manager - Senior operations manager of a Tactical Operations Center that monitored and coordinated tracking of combat operations for a 2,000 person combined joint task force. Developed and organized plans to provide security for Iraqi's to elect a provincial and permanent government, recruited personnel to establish the local Iraqi Police Department, and developed training strategies to improve overall effectiveness of the Iraqi Army Battalion. Selected over 25 other peers and superiors to fill the Senior Operations Manager position in a combat zone.
