Senior Operations Manager - Senior operations manager of a Tactical Operations Center that monitored and coordinated tracking of combat operations for a 2,000 person combined joint task force. Developed and organized plans to provide security for Iraqi's to elect a provincial and permanent government, recruited personnel to establish the local Iraqi Police Department, and developed training strategies to improve overall effectiveness of the Iraqi Army Battalion. Selected over 25 other peers and superiors to fill the Senior Operations Manager position in a combat zone.
