Steven is a published architectural designer whose work has been recognized most recently in the book Revealing Architectural Design: Methods, Frameworks, and Tools (2014). Trained as both a technologist and designer, Steven understands the unique and vital relationship between building science and aesthetics. With over 10 years’ experience in the field Steven has worked on projects ranging from affluent residences, to commercial/industrial projects, to complex hospital and health care related spaces. A firm believer in the art of collaboration, Steven feels that holistic design strategies are created when a “studio environment” is utilized. This methodology promotes unity within the team while generating the best possible design solution for our clients. Lastly, as a registered LEED Accredited Professional, Steven takes the environmental considerations of any project very seriously. The design strategies that Steven generates endeavor to incorporate notions of existing context, aesthetics, constructability, sustainable attributes, and most importantly end-user functionality.
