- Create, deploy and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS), policies, procedures in line with industry best practice, GDPR and regulatory requirements.- Conduct audit reviews to ensure offices comply with ISMS- Implement IT risk register and report in to Group Risk Committee - Define IT strategy and manage its implementation across the group (from the ground up as no strategy had ever previously been implemented) - Create and deliver training to all staff on Cyber Security Awareness, both classroom led and online/remotely using KnowBe4- Work with external partners to conduct cyber risk reviews and testing- Advise Group Directors and the board of each office on IT Risk and mitigation strategy- Keep abreast of current cyber security threats and trends and advise group on exposures and mitigation strategy- Continually review cyber defenses and ensure incremental improvements are gained• Responsible for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for the Group- Review existing BC/DR plans and recommend changes to strategy and define testing strategies- Define Group appetite for acceptable downtime and expected recovery/availability and ensure plans meet the business requirements• Responsible for large projects – e.g. migration of core systems to common platforms (software and hardware)- RFI/RFP process, arranging demonstrations and collating feedback- Presenting findings to Group Board- Project Manage bid stage, pricing, budgets, deployment and test plans

• Responsible for IT Security - manage, maintain and monitor firewalls, including setting rules and filters. Email security, data security, physical security. Policies, procedures, reviews, documentation, threat management etc. Training staff on Cyber Security Awareness. • Project manage all system developments, upgrades, installs, hot fixes, patches with external suppliers, internal testing teams. From systems selection, through to process design and change control and implementation. Provide Business Analysis to 3rd party developers. Working within Group standards for change control framework, including reporting to stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.• Design, Develop & Implement Crystal Reports for MI, customer letters, audit reports – developed financial reporting, Balance Sheet, P&L, interest rate gap analysis, EU tax, FATCA and regulatory reporting, data integrity reporting etc.• Responsible for all aspects of IT infrastructure support, backups, PC’s, printers, network, maintaining issues log and reporting, monitor suppliers KPI vs. SLA’s• Responsible for IT budget and purchasing, asset management, meeting internal and external audit requirements, adhering to Group Procurement Policies and Standards • Support variety of technologies including: VMware ESX, SQL Server 2008, Exchange 2010, Server 2008, 2012, Windows 7,8 & 10, SonicWALL Firewall, Clearswift Mail Sweeper, VASCO Token remote access, MS Access, FrontPage, Avaya Phone System, EMC SAN, Linux Virtual Appliances, Switches, Encryption• Responsible for Business Continuity, policy, planning, testing, procedures, complying with Group Business Continuity standards and policies• Reporting to Senior Management, Executive Committee in Parent Group and Board of Directors – partake in Management Committee including Group Stakeholders, report in to Group IT, Risk & Control and Internal Audit• Ensure compliance with Group Internal Audit requirements are met, measured, monitored and maintained
